Luxury villas in Lake Annecy

With the beautiful and clean Lake Annecy on your doorstep, you might prefer to stay on the beach all day long. Some of our superb villas are directly lakeside while others are just a few minutes walk or a short walking distance from the lake. Choose from villas on the east side of the lake or on the west side, in places like Saint Jorioz. Paragliders will love our villas near the Planfait landing area. Others might prefer to bike around the lake on the cycle path, stopping in at beautiful lakeside villages such as Menthon St Bernard, with its castle located in a quiet wooded area for a tranquil visit and beautiful views over Lake Annecy from the gardens, and Veyrier du Lac. These villages, nestled between lake and mountains, are dotted with cafés, sports equipment to hire (including boats, SUP, wakeboarding and more) and plenty of hiking trails too.

Many of our villa holiday rentals have their own private swimming pools that you might not want to leave, but we highly recommend exploring the Annecy area, with its picturesque old town filled with art galleries, shops and restaurants to sample. Whenever you choose to book your holiday villa, Annecy has entertainment galore, from a fireworks festival in summer to Christmas markets in winter.

When booking your holiday home in Annecy, be aware that the old town is called "la vieille vile" - the similarly named Annecy-le-vieux is in fact another town just outside Annecy!
