To give you extra security in your holiday plans, many of our properties now include cancellation protection in the form of a credit note.
Guests that are French residents can cancel up to the day before arrival to claim a credit note for 100% of the monies you have paid should you have to cancel your booking because of COVID-19 related border closures or lockdowns*. This credit note is valid at the same property for 27 months from your original arrival date.
For all other countries cancellation must be received 12 weeks prior to arrival. We highly recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance (see below).
Look for the COVID PROTECTION logo to see which properties include the credit note.

To help spread the cost of your next chalet rental we’ve also changed our payment terms. Now you pay just 25% deposit to secure your booking (previously 35%).
The final 75% isn’t due until eight weeks before your arrival date. (For bookings made within eight weeks of arrival the full 100% will be payable.)

To give you greater peace of mind we have introduced comprehensive sanitation and cleaning protocols for every chalet, that follows the detailed guidelines that have been specified by the French government to ensure all of our properties are cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards. While our cleaning teams are adapting their procedures to follow the latest advice, we would ask you to understand that it is impossible for us, or any other company, to guarantee a property is 100% germ free. However, private rental homes have very few people coming and going, meaning a far safer environment than other locations.
We have partnered with selected local suppliers of food and groceries, who will all deliver directly to your OVO Network chalet. Enjoy fresh bread and patisseries, apero platters, fresh fish and meat, wines, artisan beers and more, all delivered to your doorstep. You can provide some much needed support for our local community by using these services, and continue social distancing if you choose.
All of our properties offer an incredible range of equipment and facilities to help you have a memorable holiday without ever having to leave the property.
Hot tubs, home cinemas, gym equipment, swimming pools, table tennis, family games, DVDs, outside dining areas and petanque courts are just some of the facilities on offer at selected chalets.
If you are travelling with children, all of our properties offer a cot, high chair and baby bath, while our Cool for Kids offer this and lots more. Trampolines, PlayStations, picnic sets, badminton, children’s books, bath toys, booster seats, night lights… everything you need for an easy family holiday.
There is also a huge range of sports and activities that you can enjoy, while continuing to practice social distancing if you choose - walking/hiking, tennis, mountain biking, road cycling, sailing, paddle boarding and many more.
Should you need to work during your holiday, all of our properties are equipped with WiFi and many have areas that make a perfect office space. You can work remotely, in an incredible location with the best views of any office!
