Our luxurious chalet accommodation options don't stop with luxury features. We understand that adults simply don't want to sleep on the top bunk of bunk beds, so all our accommodation provides comfortable beds for adults, with fluffy pillows and comfortable bedding.

Manigod offers a traditional French feeling, with chocolate-box chalets dotted around and the much-loved bakery and a few other small shops to buy local produce. Set away from the ski resort with the same name, Manigod village provides a break from the hustle and bustle of a busy ski resort which many of our guests seek — particularly during popular weeks like New Years or half term, when it's sometimes a relief to escape the crowds.

As the stunning views of the Aravis mountains fade with sunset on NYE, you might like to head into the nearby ski resort of La Clusaz, where the party will just be starting. It's an easy drive over the Col de la Croix Fry, or ski there from the Manigod ski area if you have bought the La Clusaz ski pass, which covers both resorts.

In La Clusaz, you will find even more shops and facilities, such as ice skating in winter and plenty of mountain biking (and maybe even the Tour de France passing through) if you decide to stay in summer. These Lake Annecy mountains are a true gem of the French Alps, with great ski schools, an extensive network of ski lifts and south-facing ski slopes for warm sunshine even in January, as well as plenty of north-facing slopes that hold the powdery snow during the cold winter months.
