The day the Tour de France came to town in photos

Cycling enthusiasts around the world have been glued to their screens for the last three weeks watching the 105th edition of the Tour de France. With Wales’ Geraint Thomas lined up to win the race we’re looking forward to an exciting final stage.
The Welshman finished third behind Sunweb rider Tom Dumoulin in yesterday’s time trial, however still maintains a 1 minute 51 second lead heading into the final stage. Tour convention dictates that the race leader is never challenged on the final stage, so Thomas only needs to reach the finish in Paris today to win.
With the race nearly over we thought we’d take a look at some of our team’s photos back from Stage 10 when the tour passed through our region. The atmosphere on the day was phenomenal and it was amazing to see the sheer number of fans out to support the riders.
