  • Cycling in all its forms: road, mountain or gravel. These activities are very accessible and you can bring your own equipment, or hire it from one of the many Alpine agencies that you’ll find locally.
  • Trail-running: you can do this alone or with others, for relaxation or competition. There are many trail events in the Alps  throughout the year, including the Manigod Trail Challenge, which takes place in Manigod in September.
  • Nordic walking: a good compromise between hiking and trail running.
